Rooms at the Fairmont Orchid have been reserved for the special PCSA starting price of $439 per night from the dates of February 19 to 26. Please note there is an additional $30 resort fee per room per night. There may be availability for rooms 3 days pre- and post-meeting dates. PCSA also negotiated some limited upgraded rooms. Price includes $30.00 USD resort charge per night, but excludes tax

The room rate is per night plus tax and based on single/double occupancy.
There is an extra person charge of $50 per a 3rd and 4th adult to share the same room. We do not charge for children 18 years and younger to share the same room using existing bedding. Maximum number of guests per room is four.
The daily resort charge of $30 is added to the nightly rate.
Self-park is discounted at $30 per day.
A one-night deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Cancellation is 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night penalty charge.

Additional Room Occupants

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $75 per night plus tax, beginning with the 3rd adult. There will be no charge for children under the age of 18 years sharing the same room with their parents along with up to one rollaway free of charge. Maximum occupancy is up to four (4) persons. The maximum number of rollaway per room or suite is one (1). Rooms with 2 queen beds are unable to accommodate a rollaway.

Resort Fee

Please note there is an additional charge of a discounted resort fee of $30 per room per night plus tax that is not included in the room rates. The following amenities are bundled into the charge:

Overnight self-parking for one vehicle per room (Fairmont Gold guests receive valet parking for one vehicle per room)
Unlimited basic WiFi access in guest rooms and public areas (ALL members receive an upgrade to premium speed Internet access)
Wellness classes (please see weekly complimentary wellness offerings at the Spa Without Walls. ALL Platinum members receive $20 credit towards spa services)
Complimentary shuttle bus service within the Mauna Lani Resort area
Two Fairmont Orchid reusable water bottles per room, per stay, to be filled at purified water stations located throughout the resort. It's part of our Planet 21 sustainability pledge to reduce single-use plastics and minimize our carbon footprint.

AIRPORT DIRECTIONS

The nearest airport is the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA) which is located approximately 30 minutes and 19.5 miles from the resort.

Directions from Kona International Airport to Fairmont Orchid:

Turn left at the stoplight exiting the Kona International Airport onto Highway 19.
Remain on Highway 19 for 19.5 miles.
The entrance to Mauna Lani Drive is located on the left (ocean side) of the highway, marked by a noticeable coconut grove and rock wall sign.
Enter the resort on Mauna Lani Drive and proceed for about a mile to the round-about traffic circle.
Enter the circle, yielding to traffic.
Take the first right turn which is North Kaniku Drive.
Stay on North Kaniku Drive until you reach the main entrance to the Fairmont Orchid at the end of the drive.
