2025 Advertising, Satellite Symposia and Marketing Opportunities

The Exhibit Hall is where our attendees learn about your products or services. There is strong encouragement for PCSA attendees to visit the exhibits and participate in a raffle for complimentary registration and hotel accommodations for the 2025 PCSA Annual Meeting. The continental breakfast and refreshment breaks will be in the exhibit hall to maximize your exposure!

Find other opportunities to maximize your exposure to PCSA's members and meeting attendees including website ads, satellite symposia, hotel door drops and hotel key cards or the Trainee Networking Session.

2025 Educational Grant Opportunities

PCSA has several levels for Educational Grant opportunities. A company does not need to exhibit to support PCSA through educational grants. We are happy to work with you if there are other ideas you may wish to market your companies to PCSA.

PCSA 2025 EXHIBIT AND INDUSTRY SUPPORT

The Pacific Coast Surgical Association (PCSA) offers exhibit and marketing opportunities at the upcoming PCSA 2025 Annual Meeting to be held February 21-24, 2025, at the Fairmont Orchid in Kohala Coast, Hawaii.

Why Exhibit?

PCSA Membership includes many hospital leaders and department chairs from all of the major medical centers on the West Coast, who carry significant impact in their respective disciplines.
 

Our membership, of nearly 600 surgeons, are community and academic leaders in surgery who come from one of four Caucuses: Southern California, Northern California, Oregon/Hawaii and Washington/British Columbia/Alaska.
 

The PCSA holds an Annual Scientific Meeting every February to keep our members up to date on the latest in medical research and clinical practice. High quality presentations cover general and specialty surgery and offer a minimum of 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit and interactive Maintenance of Certification credits. Much of our scientific meeting content is published in the most prestigious journal in Surgery, JAMA Surgery.

Gold Exhibitor Package: $10,000

  • Basic Exhibit Package plus

  • One Full Page ad on PCSA Website

  • Choice of two (2) additional items:

Platinum Exhibitor Package: $15,000

  • Basic Exhibit Package plus

  • One Full Page ad on PCSA website

  • Company logo on lanyard (1 available; first come, first serve)

  • Premium logo placement (by size and location) on conference signage)

  • One door drop (one page flyer or postcard only) delivered to all registered attendance

  • Choice of three (3) additional items: 

    • Named sponsorship of New Member Welcome Reception​
